Louie® Sentry

Opportunity intelligence for deal teams. Sentry spots the moment an opportunity opens, backs it with sources and drafts outreach in the team’s voice. Nothing sends until a person approves it.

Asking Louie about a lead inside the Sentry platform, with sample data

Challenge

Deal teams chase lists instead of moments. Outreach built on bought lists is noisy and easy to ignore. The product had to show what happened, where it came from, and wait for a yes.

Approach

Signal first, evidence first, a human in control. Every find links back to its source, nothing sends without a person’s approval, and sample records stay labelled as sample. The marketing site says one promise plainly: a black page, one bold line and a sample signal feed, so visitors see what Sentry catches before they read a word.

01 Marketing site

One promise, said plainly.

A black page, one bold line and a sample signal feed, so visitors see what Sentry catches before they read a word about it.

The marketing site hero. Fictional records, labelled as such.

02 Insights

Results a client reads in seconds.

The client dashboard leads with four totals, then the daily trend and the newest finds, each with a fit score.

Insights for a sample client. Fictional data.

03 Outreach

Every email waits for a person.

Leads come with fit scores and cited research, and nothing sends until a person approves it.

Leads, with fit scores and filters. Sample data.

Outcome

Pre-launch. The marketing site is built; the client portal and Insights dashboard are designed and prototyped. Every record shown is sample data. Labelling sample data plainly made the product easier to explain, not harder.
